キャンセルポリシー
について
食材の調達および事前準備の関係上、
ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては、
以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます 。
何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
レストラン貸切・パーティー
（店内）
ご予約確定後のキャンセル料は、
開催日を基準に以下の通り算出いたします ：
・ 14日前〜8日前まで：
ご予約金額の 25%
・ 7日前〜3日前まで：
ご予約金額の 50%
・ 3日前〜前日・当日および無断キャンセル：
ご予約金額の 100%
※当日に人数変更があった場合でも、
事前に確定したご予約金額でのご請求となります。
ケータリングサービス
ケータリングのキャンセル料は、
イベントの実施日時を基準に算出いたします。
14日前〜8日前（22:00まで）：
ご予約金額の 30%
7日前〜3日前（22:00まで）：
ご予約金額 50%
3日前の22:01以降〜当日：
ご予約金額の 100%
免責事項
台風・地震などの自然災害、または公共交通機関の大幅な運休等、
やむを得ない事情が発生した場合は、この限りではございません。

Cancellation Policy
Due to ingredient procurement and advance preparation requirements,
the following cancellation fees apply.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
Private Parties
(At-Restaurant)
For confirmed reservations,
cancellation fees are calculated
from the event date as follows:
From 14 days prior: 25%
・14 to 8 days prior:
25% of the reserved amount
・7 to 4 days prior:
50% of the reserved amount
・3 to 1 day prior or No-show:
100% of the total reserved amount
Final Billing Policy:
The total balance is calculated based on the confirmed guest count. No refunds or credits can be issued for guest absences on the day of the event.
Catering Services
Cancellation fees for catering services are calculated based on the event date and time.
14–8 days prior (until 22:00): 30%
7–４ days prior (until 22:00): 50%
From 3 days prior at 22:01 until event day: 100%
Force Majeure
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or major transportation disruptions, this policy may not apply. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
