Information & Terms
■ Pricing:
All prices displayed are tax-exclusive.
Bank transfer or credit card payment is accepted. A 3% administrative fee applies to credit card payments.
■ Deposit & Payment:
Regular bookings: A deposit of ¥50,000 is required upon booking confirmation or up to two weeks prior to the event date. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
・Events with 100 or more participants:
A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required.
■ Cancellation: The above deposit will be applied to any cancellation fees incurred. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
■ Minimum Spend：
Each plan has a minimum guaranteed amount (excluding tax).
Plan A (VIP Venetian Buffet): ¥180,000 ~
Plan B (VIP Seated Service): ¥220,000 ~
Plan C (Gourmet Delivery): ¥115,000 ~
■ Additional Costs (Service & Logistics)
Chef Fee: ¥50,000 / person
Kitchen Staff: ¥25,000 / person
Service Staff: ¥16,500 ~ / person
■ Weekend, Holiday & Nighttime Events: Events scheduled on weekends, public holidays, standard restaurant closing days, or during late-night hours (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM) are subject to a staffing surcharge. Detailed rates will be provided upon quoting.
■ Transportation Fee: ¥25,000 (within Tokyo’s 23 wards)
Delivery outside the 23 wards will be quoted separately based on distance.
■ Others
Drinks and equipment rentals: Available upon request.
■ Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees will apply according to our cancellation policy.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Please inform us if you or any of your guests have
any allergies or intolerances.
We will be happy to adjust our dishes to meet your specific needs.
Cancel Policy
Please note that the following cancellation fees
will apply for “Private Event/Catering”
bookings, calculated from the date
the reservation was made:
From 2 weeks prior: 【25%】
From 1 week prior: 【50%】
2 days to 1 day prior: 【80%】
On the day or No-show: 【100%】
*Even if the number of guests changes on the day,
payment will be based on the previously agreed total amount.
*These fees may be waived in the case of
unavoidable transportation disruptions
due to typhoons or other natural disasters.
