We may share your information (such as meal or seating preferences and special occasions) with other restaurants/shops in the same company. This is to enhance the hospitality experience that we Stefano Co.,Ltd. provide you when you dine with us (such as, trying to seat you by a window, if you previously expressed a preference for window seating) and to improve our table and shift planning.

Payment Terms for catering/delivery/event/private party:

The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due date stated on the contract for catering/delivery/event/private party.  Any portion of the Purchase Price unpaid past ten (10) days shall be considered overdue.  All amounts past due are subject to a late charge of the lesser of five percent (5%) per month (being sixty percent (60%) per annum). In addition, Seller shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein and shall be entitled to reimbursement from Buyer for Seller’s costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees and costs and disbursements.

Down payment:

We require a down payment of the 50% of the full amount up to and not after 1 week before the event, we accept credit card, cash, PayPal or bank transfer (transfer fee on customer).

Final payment:

The remaining 50% will be pay on the day of the event or upon advance request, can be arranged to be payed up to 7 days after the event.

Cancellation policy:

CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY: From 14 to 8 days prior the event (until 10:00 PM) 20% will be charged. From 7 to 3 days prior the event (until 10:00 PM) 50% will be charged. From 24 hours & same day cancellation, 100% of the full amount will be charged. RESTAURANT FULL BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY From 8 days prior the event (until 10:00 PM) 20% will be charged. From 5 to 3 days prior the event (until 10:00 PM) 50% will be charged. From 24 hours & same day cancellation, 100% of the full amount will be charged.

Force Majeure:

In case of natural disasters cancellation fee will not be charged. In case of sudden serious illness or other unforeseen happens by either parts, cancellation fee will not be charged for cancellations up to 3 days before but cancellation from the previous day will be charged a minimum of 50% of the total amount. All prices for catering does not includes consumption tax. Cancellation will take place (and therefore not charged or charged accordingly to our cancellation policy) only after a written confirmation e-mail or message has been sent by Ristorante Stefano.

Allergies and food intolerances:

1. There may be a risk associated with consuming raw shellfish as is the case with other raw protein products. If you suffer from chronic illness of the liver, stomach or blood or have other immune disorders, you should eat these products fully cooked” (ask our staff). 2. You must let us know whether you have food allergy or any special requirements. We will happily modify our dishes in order to fulfill your requests (vegetarian, vegan, low carb, low sugar…) 3. Our restaurant offers products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. 4. Ristorante Stefano will not take responsibility for allergic reactions when not notify before at the time of booking or before the event. eGift Card Policy and disclaimer
1    These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all gift cards (Card) issued by Stefano Restaurant (Venue). 2    In these Terms ‘you’ is the purchaser or recipient of the Card and by acquiring, using or attempting to use a Card you agree to be bound by these Terms and any terms printed on the Card. It is your responsibility to ensure that any recipient or user of the Card is aware of, and complies with, these Terms. 3    The Card is a prepaid gift card and the amount available for making non-cash payments under the Card is set when the Card is issued. 4    The amount available for payments under the Card cannot be increased once the Card has been issued unless it is for the reversal of a payment made error. 5    The Card is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or debit card, a security or financial product. The Card cannot be used to withdraw or redeem cash, reloaded, returned for a refund or have the balance consolidated to a new gift card. 6    The Card can only be used to purchase food and beverages at the restaurant or other venue specified on the Card. 7    You cannot exchange or use the Card to acquire a different gift card. 8    The Card dol not expire. 9    The Card is not registered to any user and anyone in possession of the Card may use it. Any use of the Card is deemed to be made by you.  The Venue recommends that you keep your Card in a secure place. The Venue is under no obligation to replace, and is not otherwise liable or responsible for, any Card which is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen. 10    The Card may not be able to be used for certain events or special functions which are held by the Venue. Contact the Venue if you have any questions regarding whether or not the Card can be used for a particular event or function. 11    The Card can only be used for personal use and must not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without the prior written approval of the Venue. 12    The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance on the Card unless you pay the difference between the balance on the Card and the amount of the transaction by another payment method accepted by the Venue. 13    When making a purchase at the restaurant, you may use all or a portion of the value loaded onto the Card. The portion of the initial value loaded onto the Card and which is unspent will not be provided to you as cash but will be retained on the Card and may be used in whole or part against future purchases. 14    You are responsible for ensuring that the Card, where used to purchase alcohol, is used by persons who are at least 20 years of age and that any alcohol purchased using the Card is consumed only by persons who are at least 20 years of age. 15    If you have an issue with a purchase made using the Card, or otherwise have an issues with your experience at the relevant venue, we recommend you contact the Venue to discuss. 16    The Venue may refuse to redeem any Card if fraud is suspected or until the Venue is satisfied that there has been no fraud involved. 17    The Venue expressly excludes all liability to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) howsoever caused in respect of the Card. 20    Use of the Card is subject to all of the Venue’s policies regarding the goods and services made available by it from time to time. 21    The Venue’s privacy policy explains how the Venue handles the personal information that it may collect from you with respect to the Card.
