We serve lunch and dinner, and constantly strive to give personal service.

OPEN POSITIONS

CHEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

He/she will take care of the hot section (hot appetizers, pasta/rice, main courses),

be responsible for the well-being of staff and customers, help and teach where needed and take care of food costs and ingredient orders.

Required skills

  • Prepares food using techniques such as cooking, roasting, baking, and the preparation of skillet meals.
  • Ensures compliance with menus, recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Participates in daily testing of foods.
  • Delegates duties and responsibilities of food service work to subordinates appropriately and holds employees accountable.
  • Learn/study and present new ideas.
  • everyone is required to help where needed to achieve great service and a professional work environment.

Remuneration

  • Depending on experience, skills, social behavior and commitment to the company’s well-beiing and sales growth.

ASSISTANT CHEF JOB DESCRIPTION

He/she will be responsible for the preparation of cold appetizers, breads and desserts. Must be comfortable taking direction in a fast-paced environment. Must have kitchen experience (at least basic) including strong knife skills and food prep abilities.

Must be comfortable working in a crowded commercial kitchen, and be willing to work to continually improve knowledge for one’s own and the company.

SERVICE STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION

He/she will be responsible for the cleanliness of the establishment (inside/outside/toilet) and equipment, taking reservations in person, by phone or online, welcoming customers, serving food and wines, daily posts on social media (mostly in Japanese), basic daily accounting (opening and closing of register, stock orders, expenses registration), menu changing (paper menu, digital menu, outside menus).

Required skills

  • be able to calmly address problems when they arise with confidence in the most pleasant and professional way.
  • He/she shall always welcome and serve any customer with the same care, smile and use of proper language.
  • Must be comfortable working in a crowded/fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to good knowledge about wines and spirits (must study our beverage list & menus beforehand)
  • Learn/study and present new ideas. We will reward fluent speakers.
